INTER SPORTS PERMISSION WAIVER

I the Parent / Carer grant permission for my Son / Daughter to participate in all activities associated with Inter Sports, including but not limited to sporting events, practices, training sessions, and any other related activities.

I understand that participating in sports activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury. I understand and acknowledge that Inter Sports has taken certain measures to minimize such risks, but it is impossible to completely eliminate them.

I hereby release Inter Sports, its officers, employees, volunteers, and any other individuals associated with the organization, from any and all liability for any injuries or damages sustained while participating in Inter Sports activities.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Inter Sports of any medical conditions or limitations that may affect my child’s ability to participate in the activities. I understand that Inter Sports reserves the right to deny participation or modify activities based on any such conditions or limitations.

I acknowledge that Inter Sports may use photographs or videos of participants for promotional purposes. I hereby grant permission for Inter Sports to use any photographs or videos taken during my participation in Inter Sports activities.

I understand that this permission waiver shall remain in effect for all future Inter Sports activities, unless otherwise revoked in writing by me.
